Heard Sri Roopesh Kumar Nigam, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 366 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Patiyali, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement, whereby she has stated that she has married the applicant in a temple and has expressed her willingness to spend her life with him only.
