Heard Sri Ram Bali Ram, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amarjeet Yadav, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.556 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S., Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act and Section 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station Sarai Lakhansi, District Mau, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant all the way to Mumbai, although she has stated that the applicant had raped her. The victim is stated to be minor, but it is a clear-cut case of false implication. 5.
