The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 115 of 2021, under sections 147, 148, 302, 506 IPC and Police Station- Anwarganj, District Kanpur Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 27.12.2021 against applicant and co-accused on the basis of suspicion with regard to the murder of son of the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however applicant has been named in the FIR along with others but it appears on the basis of suspicion he was named in the FIR. 5.
