Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.426 of 2024, under Sections 64, 351(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Vishnupura, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim as the families were having parlays to marry them and had committed rape with her. He is stated to have subsequently refused to comply with the said promise of marriage. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
