Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.56 of 2023, under Sections 376(AB) I.P.C. and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Ahirauli Bazar, District- Kushi Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has stated in her cross-examination that she alongwith the informant was beaten up by the applicant in an inebriated state, as such, the said FIR was instituted.
