Heard Sri Kuldeep Kumar, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.189 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the 18 years old daughter of the informant by showing a knife to her to his house on 05.08.2024 at about 2:30 a.m. and had committed rape with her.
