Heard Sri Devesh Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.204 of 2024, under Sections 356(4), 296, 78, 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Bhagatpur, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that her marriage was agreed to be solemnized with a person nearby and the applicant used to pass indecent remarks on her and used to even misbehave with her. The applicant is stated to have even sent some indecent messages to the erstwhile husband of the victim. 5.
