As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that her marriage was agreed to be solemnized with a person nearby and the applicant used to pass indecent remarks on her and used to even misbehave with her. The applicant is stated to have even sent some indecent messages to the erstwhile husband of the victim. 5.
