The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on 20.12.2024 by this Court. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Jakir Hussain with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 126 of 2024 , under Section 8/21/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Fareedpur, District- Bareilly.
