This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 276 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station -Budhana, District -Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.07.2024. F.I.R. dated 08.07.2024 has been lodged against one unknown person and the name of the applicant came into light during statement of co-accused. There is no recovery of cow progeny or cow meat or any other incriminating article from the possession of the present applicant. The co-accused namely Eijaz and Bhoora have alre
