As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have beaten his wife on 23.9.2024 at about 12.00 noon and forced her to leave his house. The victim is stated to be pregnant at that time. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
