Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 470 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 87, 64(1) B.N.S. and 5(j)(ii)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 29.7.2024 at about 7.00 pm. The victim is stated to have taken away ornaments worth Rs. 1.7 lakhs and Rs. 15,400/- cash alongwith her. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
