Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 732 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have befriended the victim on instagram and had taken her to a ground and committed rape with her on 12.12.2024 at about 5.40 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
