Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2024, under Sections 376(2) N, 377 IPC ande 3,4,6,5(L), 5(M), 6, 16, 16/17, 21 POCSO Act, Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be the step father of the victim and had sexually assaulted her for 7 days before the institution of the FIR and his maternal brother (uncle of the victim) helped him in the said act. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 7 days and
