The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.476 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Lisarigate, District- Meerut. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there is eight cases shown in the gang chart against applicant, out of which in seven cases he is already on bail, which has been explained in paras 7 and 20 of the affidavit filed in support of bail application, copy of the the bail orders are annexed as Annexure no.3 and 4, to the affidavit and one case has been explained in para 21 of the affidavit.
