Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 541 of 2024, under Sections 75(2), 308 (2), 351 (3), 64 (1) BNS, Police Station - Tajganj, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have threatened the victim of dire consequences if she did not marry him. The victim did not want to marry the applicant, as such, the applicant had sent indecent photographs of victim alongwith him to her erstwhile grooms and on account of this, her marriage negotiations were terminated. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
