Heard Ms. Ifra Fatima, holding brief of Ms. Haya Rizvi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 846 of 2024Â under Sections 70(2), 123, 127(3), 137(2), 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5(Chha) (Tha)/6/18 POCSO Act, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The named accused person Suhail had enticed away the married daughter of the informant. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up later
