Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.88 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 333 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Golhaura, District- Siddharthnagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim by barging into her house on 13.10.2024 at about 01:00 a.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eleven hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. T
