Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.498 of 2024, under Sections 376(3), 506 I.P.C. and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Shivpur, District- Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the daughter of the informant aged about 13 years for about two years and had even video recorded the said act and used to threaten her to make it viral on social media. The victim told about the incident to her mother, as such, the FIR was instituted on 23.10.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF AP
