Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 321 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)(F) of BNS, Police Station Masoori, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and other family members are stated to have assaulted the victim who are her in-laws. There are particular allegations against the applicant of having raped the victim on 20.07.2024 and had sent her off from his house. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about two months and there is no explanation of the said delay cau
