The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rakesh Rajbhar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 377/2024, under Sections 352/351(2) of BNS, Section 67 of I.T. Act and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Ahiraula, District - Azamgarh,during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Sudhakar Singh, has been granted bail by this Court on 22.11.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40280 of 2024.
