Act and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Ahiraula, District - Azamgarh,during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Sudhakar Singh, has been granted bail by this Court on 22.11.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40280 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
