The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pappu Kureshi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 545/2024, under Sections- 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Izzat Nagar, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Naheem Khan, has been granted bail by this Court on 23.10.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36095/2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
