The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shubham, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 138 of 2024, under Sections 303(2), 109, 317(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(1) of B.N.S. and section 4/21 of Mines and Mineral Act, Police Station- Jaspura, District- Banda, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he was trying to crush the police under the vehicle after being chased. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. No injury was caused to anyone. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 11.11.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future.
