The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shahid Ali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 320 of 2024, under Sections 137(2) and 87 of B.N.S. and section 17 of POCSO Act and section 3, 5(1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Covnersion of Religion Act, Police Station- Sumerpur, District- Hamirpur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that main allegation has been made against the co-accused, Musrraf Ali. Against applicant, there are allegation that he compelled the victim to convert her religion and marry the brother of the applicant. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
