The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Chandra Shekhar Maurya, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 113/2024 , under Sections- 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and under section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Iliya,, District-Chandauli , during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of transporting a cow. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
