Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is a lady and she has nothing to do with the said offence of rape. The offence of rape is stated to have been committed by two unknown persons with whom the victim had stayed, as such, the applicant is entitled for bail. 6.
