Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 227 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act and 3(2)5 SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Police Station - Bindki, District - Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant aged about 17 years on 22.08.2024 and had raped her and left her on 23.08.2024 at 02:00 pm.
