Heard Sri Irshad Saleem, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 380 of 2024, under Sections 74, 351(2), 65(1) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Nahtaur, District - Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6. The FIR is delayed by about nine hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7. The allegations are per se false. 8. The FIR was instituted with th
