The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anoop Chauhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 1156 of 2024, under Section 109 B.N.S. and Sections 3, 4 D.P. Act, Police Station Gulriha, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he took the daughter of the informant for shopping since they were about to be married where some dispute took place between them. It is alleged that he caused injuries to her. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that dispute took place all of sudden.
