This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Waqeel, who is involved in Case Crime No. 253 of 2024, under Section- 8/20/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Simbhawali, District- Hapur, during the pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of 510 quintal 140 gm of ganja which was carried by him in a truck. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was driver of the vehicle and he was not aware of loading of the contraband in his truck. He has been has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
