Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime District- Mainpuri, during pendency of trial. There is allegation in the F.I.R against unknown accused regarding commission of offence of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that as yet no credible evidence has been found against the applicants regarding their involvement in the present case. The applicants have been falsely implicated in this case. They have no criminal history to their credits and are languishing in jail since 13.10.2024.
