The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ramesh Rajpoot Alias Anil, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 28/2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of B.N.S and 66 of I.T. Act,, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Hamirpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the unknown accused in the F.I.R. of committing online fraud.
