Act,, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Hamirpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the unknown accused in the F.I.R. of committing online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant was not named in the F.I.R. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has criminal history of one case to his credit and is languishing in jail since 26.09.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future. Per contra learned A.
