The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Govind Paswan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.369 of 2024, under Section 109(1) of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Sevrahi, District- Kushinagar during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim and applicant had affair and, thereafter, applicant was called by the brother of the victim, where some altercation took place and in the incident injury was caused on the chest of the victim.
