This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 404 of 2024, under Section 136 of the Electricity Act, Police Station Jawan, District Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicants further submits that the applicants are not named in the FIR and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. No articles have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. There is no independent eye-witness of the alleged offence. The Applicant No. 1 is languishing in jail since 13.11.2024 and the Applicant No. 2 is languishing in jail
