Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State. Counsel for the applicants submits that they have not named in the F.I.R. Some unknown accused caused the alleged incident. F.I.R has been lodged against unknown accused. Subsequently the applicants have been implicated in this case on account of implication in two earlier cases of theft of inverter and battery. The applicant no. 1 is in jail since 13.11.2024 and applicant no. 2 is in jail since 28.11.2024. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
