Counsel for Applicant :- Dinesh Kumar Bhaskar,Reeta Rani,Udai Singhal Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of commission of offence of online fraud. Counsel for the applicant submits that the implication of 8 named and some unknown accused have been made in cursory manner without any specific allegation against them regarding their role in the incident. The applicant is in jail since 11.11.2024 and has criminal history of two cases explained in supplementary affidavit in support of bail application. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
