And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Yogendra Misra,Ayush Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of catching hold of arms of victim with bad intention. Counsel for the applicant submits that the parties belong to the resident of same locality and are neighbour. On account of neighbourly dispute the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant is in jail since 08.10.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
