Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Rampur, District- Deoria, during pendency of trial. The allegation against the applicant of transportation of live cattle. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive. No offence under Sections U.P.
