Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 25.12.2024 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2024, under Sections 87, 109(1), 318(4), 316(2), 317(2), 64(2), 137(2) of BNS and Section 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
