The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 180 of 2024, under Sections 309(4), 317(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 9(1)(A)/25/2 of Arms Act, Police Station Muskara, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report. On the basis of an information furnished by an informer, the applicant was arrested along with other persons after three months of the alleged incident and has been falsely implicated in the present case. No recovery of any incriminating article has been made from the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 24.11.2024 having no criminal histo
