Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR was instituted against the co-accused person Ranvir Singh only. Subsequently, the name of the applicant has come up in the statement of the victim recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C., whereby it is stated that the applicant and co-accused person Ranvir Singh both had gang raped her on 10.6.2023. 5.
