The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Chanchal Rajbhar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 285 of 2024, under Sections- 55, 96 B.N.S. and Section 16/17 POCSO Act., Police Station-Narhi, District- Ballia during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Vikki Mishra has been granted bail by this Court on 27.2.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.503 of 2025. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused. The
