The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vivek Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 237/2024, under Sections 308(5), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., and 67-A of I.T. Act, Police Station Chhajlait, District- Moradabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant and co-accused in the F.I.R. that they have made incriminating photograph of the victim viral and also committed offence of extortion against her.
