The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohammad Danish, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 100 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 337, 338, 340(2), 61, 319(2) B.N.S. and Section 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against unknown accused in the FIR regarding commission of online fraud. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of some chats on his mobile phone. There is no credible evidence against him. The applicant has no criminal history to his credit. He is languishing in jail since 10.10.2
