This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ibrahim @ Bheda, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2024, under Sections 5-A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Titron, District-Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset submits that nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the possession or on the pointing out of the applicant. The recovery shown from the applicant is planted one. No credible evidence with regard to cow slaughter has been collected by the Investigating Officer. The alleged recovered beef h
