Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 240 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 of BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act Police Station Jalalpur, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 05.08.2024 at about 12 p.m.. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
