Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the prayer of the bail application during the course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. The submission is that co-accused, Kulvinder Singh and Baljeet Singh alias Sonu Mantri, have already been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 45987 and 45988 of 2024 on 21.3.2025 and the case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused on the ground of parity. The applicant is in jail since 5.11.2024. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
