Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.135 of 2021, under Sections 376(3), 313, 506 I.P.C. read with Section 5j(ii), 5L, 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Adalhat, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per ossification test report, the age of the victim has come out to be between 17-18 years. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The instant case is just misuse of process of court. The applicant is languishing in jail since 06.08
