This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aslam, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 218 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 132, 125 (1), 221, 224, 331 (5), 324, 109, 3 (5), 61 (2) BNS & Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Shahi, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.07.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Dilshad, Rashid and Hasnain, has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application
