The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Shivam Sharma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 089 of 2024, under Section 3(1) Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Dashashwamedh, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, two criminal cases being Case Crime No. 66 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Case Crime No. 49 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 34, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7 C.L. Act as well as Sections 3/25/27 Ar
