The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rahul Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 155 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87 of B.N.S., and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jahanganj, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of two girls with intent to marry of one of them. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that one of the girl is minor.
